You are invited to share her journey of life.

Poetry

"Pregnant Moments: Rebirthing Life to Situations"

A book of poetry, Spoken Word, or whatever you would like to call it, but it's GOOD! All of the poems start with a scripture and this book was inspired by my sister circle.

Book 2: "Our New Apartment"

"Our New Apartment" is the second book in the series. Mommy and Maya have finally moved to their new apartment from a domestic violence shelter. Maya has finally accepted the fact that she will not be returning home.

Alexander Red & The Color Squad

Written by Mr. Red & Katrina Carmichael

"Alexander Red & The Color Squad" is a book written by two educators. It gives color to its characters symbolizing characteristics that they have both witnessed in students that the authors have taught. The story is thought provoking, captivating, humorous, and realistic.

Book 3: "Back Together Again"

"Back Together Again" is book three in the series. It deals with the emotional journey that a child faces being a witness to domestic violence. In this book, Mommy and Maya are moving back home with Daddy. Daddy has apologized for his actions and he has promised to never hurt Mommy again. Maya is happy to be moving back home, but how long will she stay is the question.

More books in the series are underway!
